Jan 24 - Offline Spanish dictionary recommendation for Windows 8.1

What's the recommended offline Spanish dictionary (preferably free) with pronunciation (if possible, probably it's not need for Spanish) for Windows 8.1? I'd like to use a Spanish dictionary and not Spanish-English.
