I was going through my flash cards I made up a while back, and came across "It costs / They Cost".

So I was trying to remember what terms to use, I remembered Cuesta / Cuestan for cost but was trying to remember, do I use eso, or ese for IT, so I chose eso cuesta, and esos cuestan as a best guess.

But on the answer I had only Cuesta / and Cuestan. I thought I must have forgot to add the it and they.

So I went online and I keep seeing only the Cuesta and Cuestan without any "IT or They" equivalent ahead of them.

So is it/they not used? Cuesta is itself "It Costs" all included? and same with Cuestan?
