Feb 03 - Pronouns "se las regalo" OR "te las regalo"

Please help with a pronoun argument.

Mr and Mrs (2 people) are giving flowers to you.

Should it be - te las regalo OR se las regalo

And why? What's the difference between a 'se' and a 'te'
