A lot of reflexive verbs in Spanish are similar to verbs with GET in English...

Levantarse - to get up

Casarse- to get married

Enfermarse - to get sick

Mejorarse - o get better

Divorciarse- o get divorced

Aburrirse- to get bored

Acostumbrarse- to get used to

Asustarse- to get scared

Cambiarse- to get changed

Cansarse- to get tired

Complicarse - to get complicated to get hurt

Danarse - to get hurt

Emborracharse- to get drunk

You’ll be using these verbs to talk about yourself in the past.

I got up-,Me levanté

I got married-Me casé

I got sick-ME enfermé

I got better-Me mejoré

I got divorced-Me divorcié

You’ll also use these verbs to talk to someone else informally in the past.

You got up-Te levantaste

You got married -Te casaste

You got sick -Te enfermaste

You got better -Te mejoraste

You got divorced-Te divorciaste
