Apr 11 - When and when not to conjugate.

Hi Friends, As I am in the beginning phases of learning Spanish, I have realized that infinitives that immediately follow a verb are left in the infinitive form. I have also learned that they are conjugated when two verbs are separated by " y" or "o". However, what if a series of words separate two verbs from one another in a sentence but still refer to the same subject/pronoun. Are these left in the infinitive or are they conjugated because they do not immediately follow a conjugated verb? Thanks Mike
