Oct 06 - "Hay que ver lo feo que es ese tipo?" How to Break It Down?

The full context is: "¡Uy! ¿Dónde estoy? ¡Hay que ver lo feo que es ese tipo!"

It's a game..."Bookworm Heroes" in Spanish..And the protagonist is glancing at a man...in English this sentence is put as "Whoa! Where am I? That guy certainly looks ugly"

OK..this is how far I can break it down in Spanish as I can tell they changed it a lot in the Spanish version from the English...

"¡Uy! ¿Dónde estoy?¡ Hay que ver lo feo que es ese tipo!"

"Whoa [virtually unchanged] Where am I? Someone look at this ugly guy.."

The rest I am just totally confused. I see that 'ese' and 'tipo' mean 'that' and 'type' respectively in English....:S But I don't understand the construction here. How could I break this down?
