I know these are awkward times but they are also favourite times for long distance flights so it's good to know them. I also know that some military forces do not use the colons but airport clocks have them, and I left them in.
Even in English this is not all settled and it varies depending on which field you are in. BBC calls 00:30 "'midnight thirty"; in aviation we just say zero - zero - three - zero.
