I found this phrase in my reading and I can't figure out what it means. "...y he aquí que no había mal que faltara…". It's from a story that is being narrated by a third person, so I don't know why "haber" in the first person is being used. A similar phrase appears later in the story, also. "... y he aquí que la gente se reía diciendo..." And, of course, "faltar" is often somewhat confusing, for me.
¿Se puede ayudarme? Gracias.
