The following text is the one i tried to translate; Some tips on what to think about when baking a chocolate cake, make sure you don't whip the batter to much because if you do, the cake will become dry. To get the texture perfect make sure the cake is sticky when you take it out of the oven.

Algunos consejos sobre lo que debe pensar cuando cocinar una torta de chocolate, hay que asegurarse de no batir la masa mucho porque si no, la tarta se convertirá en seco. Para conseguir la textura perfecta asegúrese de que la tarta es pegajosa cuando se lo saca del horno.
