For example, in the “If…, then…” sentence for Spanish, is it acceptable if the comma in the middle is omitted? When l read some sentences, l found some punctuation marks are not written out as they should be.

The following examples are found in SD's online dictionary for the word "si". http://www.spanishdict.com/translate/si

(1) si no te das prisa perderás el tren --> If you don't hurry up(,) you'll miss the train.

(2) si viene él yo me voy --> If he comes, then I'm going.

(3) si hubieses venido te habrías divertido --> If you had come, you would have enjoyed yourself.

(4) mentido te arrepentirás --> If you have lied to me(,) you'll regret it.

(5) Si tuviera mucho dinero me compraría un caballo --> If I had lots of money, I'd buy myself a horse.

ps. Why do many of the example sentences given in SD's online dictionary not start with a captial letter for the first word and end with a proper punctuation mark?
