This is the last post in my website with some verbs that take a prepositions.
You can try to write a sentence with any of this verbs.

VERBS THAT TAKE A PREPOSITION II
A:
Arriesgarse a: to risk doing something. Ejemplo. No apuestes otra vez o te arriesgas a perder todo tu dinero. Don’t bet again or you risk losing all your money.
Renunciar a: to renounce something, to give up something. Ejemplo. Están dispuestos a renunciar a todo. They are willing to renounce/give up everything.
Pararse a: to stop to do something. Ejemplo. ¿Te has parado a pensar alguna vez cuántas horas al día ves la televisión? Have you ever stopped to think how many hours a day you watch tv?
CON:
Contar con: to count on someone or something. Ejemplo. Puedes contar con nuestro apoyo. You can count on our support.
Enojarse, enfadarse con: to get angry at someone or something Ejemplo. No quieren que ella se enfade (se enoje) con ellos. They don't want to get her angry at them.
Conformarse con: to settle for something. Ejemplo. No tengo suficiente dinero para comprar el coche que me gusta así que tendré que conformarme con uno más barato. I don’t have enough money for buying the car I like so I’ll have to settle for a cheaper one.
DE:
Depender de: to depend on. Ejemplos. No sabemos si iremos a la playa, depende del clima. We don’t know if we’ll go to the beach, it depends on the weather.
Acordarse de: to remember. Ejemplo. No me acuerdo de tu nombre. I don’t remember your name.
Dejar, parar de: to stop doing something Ejemplo. Deja (para) de intentar hacerlo todo por ti mismo. Stop trying to do it all by yourself.
EN:
Consistir en: to consist of something or doing something. Ejemplo. El viaje consiste en visitar tres museos. The trip consists of visiting three museums.
Influir en: to influence. Ejemplo. Mi madre influyó en mi decisión de viajar a la India. My mother influenced my decision to travel to India.
Molestarse en: to take the trouble, to make the effort to do something. Ejemplo. No te molestes en venir aquí, yo puedo ir a tu casa. Don’t take the trouble (make the effort) to come here, I can go to your house.
POR:
Enojarse, enfadarse por: to get angry over something. Ejemplo. Él siempre se enfada (se enoja) por cosas pequeñas. He always gets angry over little things.
Interesarse por: to take an interest in something, to be interest in something. Ejemplo. Se interesó mucho por mi estado de salud después del accidente. She took a great interest in my state of health after the accident.
Esforzarse, luchar por: to struggle to do something. Ejemplo. Me estoy esforzando por terminar de construir la casa a tiempo. I’m struggling to finish building the house on time.
*Remember: if you use a verb after a preposition, you need to use the infinitive.
