Can anyone help me? I am from Puerto Rico and for me, asignación means homework. I sent a document to a vendor for translation and the word asignación was used to translate allowance. It didn't make sense to me when I was reading. Maybe there is a different way of saying it?
"additional benefits include allowances that must be used within the one or two calendar year period...""los beneficios adicionales incluyen asignaciones que deben usarse dentro de un período de uno o dos años calendarios..."
subsidio, prestaciones?????
