Oct 21 - confused with reciprocal form

I'm trying to form a reciprocal sentence that asks "are you ready to meet each other". Is it correct to say"?Usted Esta Listo te encontra?"

edit:Thank you everybody for the help. I was trying to use it in the context of a receptionist asking an interviewer if they are ready to meet with the job's applicant.
