Sep 09 - Pre-recorded voicemail messages - what to say in them and how to say it

I have a question concerning formal pre-recorded voicemail messages for a place of business. The following is what I would like to say in English and my guess for how to say it in Spanish:

Hello, you have reached the office of [insert name of business here]: please press one for English or press two for Spanish.

Hola, ha contactado con la oficina de [nombre de la empresa]: favor de oprimir uno para inglés o, para español, oprima dos.

Please leave a detailed message after the tone with your name, phone number, and what you are calling about. Someone will call you back as soon as possible.

Favor de dejarnos un mensaje detallado después de la señal con su nombre, su número de teléfono, y por qué está llamando usted. Alguien se pondré en contacto con usted tanto pronto como sea posible.

Can someone please help correct my grammar and/or tell me if I'm on the right track with my guess at how to word the voicemail message? Thank you!

Alyssa
