Hello friends,

I don't see any previous thread pondering or contemplatimg over the comparison between these two verbs.

I knew the verb agarrar from before which means .. to hold on to, to grab or to catch.. and can also be used as amreflexive to mean "to hold on to" or "to stick" .... But lately I have learnt a new verb "Asir" ,, which means "to grasp", "to cling", "to hold on to" as per the SD online dictionary and the meaning seems almost the same as agarrar but I am not too sure if it is an exact synonym or just a closesly related verb (because there are no examples given to illustrate its usage) .. I also tried a lot of google search but couldn't realy find much material on Asir ..

So lets come together again and join hands in making this a good learning experience for all of us .. and let's practice both of these verbs as much as possible ..

Amigos Nativos por favor nos ayuden con algunos ejemplos y cualquier información que puedan darnos sobre estos dos verbos ... gracias de antemano .. hehe ...

I will also continue searching more information online and will post the useful information I might be able to look up ...

Lots of love .. Jimmy.
